« This was the worst stay I’ve had at this hotel. I prepaid weeks in advance for a king bed room. When I checked in they would only give me a queen bed room. The biggest problem was that even though I prepaid, I was charged TWICE for the room upon check in and check out. The reimbursement took over a week to credit to my account. If I had not been checking my bank account, those two extra payments would’ve never been corrected. The staff only said that it was a new system. There was no offer...
