Communication with the hosts was great, very responsive when questions were asked. The bed was comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and safe. « Overall, everything was really great. Just a few things when we first opened the garage. I was flabbergasted at how dirty it was just even considering it was a garage so we cleaned it up then we went to fill our water bottles up in the sink and the handle was broken. Luckily, we had a good handyman with us. Could’ve used more garbage sacks and paper towels. Rooms were clean look good. It did fit everyone the patio was my favorite part. « Great location and rental! Clean, easy to communicate we with manager due to door code not working, quick service, and would recommend staying! We had problems with grill taking too long to cook food and it had plenty of propane. The only other problem we had is the sitting area in the main room is tight and doesn't fit the 10 people we had to watch a movie together. But, overall....we enjoyed our stay! »

« It was great for a family of 30. It was a little challenging with a sloped backyard but we made due. It was great being close to the lake. »

« Its a nice house, kitchen is pretty big, and dining area is nice, the front room area is a little smaller then it seemed in the listing, but thats ok. The spa was nice, though a little hard to find your way too. The tennis/basketball court was nice also. « Great property, close to everything. Some minor repairs needed Batteries missing from clocks and lamps. Not enough washcloths But did find some damp ones in the dryer with sheets. »

« Home away from home! Within walking distance to food and shops and a quick drive to swimming spots. Great place to stay with friends or family. My family would stay here again. »

« Family Wedding FunThis property is beautiful with modern, spacious bedrooms and several private en suite baths. It is family friendly. Our grandkids loved the slide & basketball court, and spent countless hours in the private pool. Night swimming and hot tub were awesome! Michael (the host) was very responsive to questions or needs. It was the perfect location for a smaller-sized wedding. It offered a gorgeous wedding backdrop with unsurpassed views of beautiful Bear Lake. Highly recommended! »
