« We had a great time here - it's the perfect location for North Beach; we loved the community pools, tennis court, pickleball court at the home, the 3 kitchens. Lots of pros - enough space for 20 (11 of us were young children). It would be really tight for more than that. Good water pressure and enough hot water for showers. Air conditioning was great. Property manager very friendly and communicative. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. Didn't have time for theater room except that 2 older kids...

I would absolutely stay again provided the few changes I mentioned to the owner were made. I loved the open space idea. We were a group of 4 adults/4dogs.
