Very beautifully renovated hotel, great room with modern comfort and a lot of charm. Great friendly staff. However,room noise (and I was on 4th floor), and vibration from Metro underground is quite annoying

Highly recommend this hotel due to its great location in an area of excellent shopping, sites close by and great choice of restaurants. The property is very well maintained and clean but the highest tribute must go it’s friendly and efficient staff.

It was clean, staff was nice and helpful. The bathrooms are right beside the bed that I didn’t like. They need to add mirror in the room. Other than that it was great.

Hotel was in a great location. All of the main sights and things we wanted to do were easily accessible either by walking or a short metro ride (there were two stations nearby). Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well!

Central location which is walkable to Eiffel Tower, Place de la Concorde & access to 3 main subway lines that get you to all the great attractions & neighbourhoods of Paris. Great local bistros steps away from hotel which treated us like family. Located in high end shopping area of St. Honore. You will love staying here!

Hôtel Opéra Richepanse is a miserable little hotel. I booked a so-called “deluxe” room and was put on the first floor with a green pharmacy light shining straight into the window. If you have no need to spend your money wisely, this is the place for you! Let me tell you what you can expect: 1 - a ridiculous survey sent before your stay which asks if you want a robe, ironing equipment and shower accessories which are provided regardless of your answer (what’s the point?!), 2 - the tremendous roar of the metro moving directly under the hotel every 15 minutes or so which will make you wonder if there’s a terrible thunder storm or an earthquake, 3 - a “rainfall” shower in the bathtub that requires bending over to get under thr water flow unless you are less than 1.5 meters tall. Did I mention the fact that the smell of sewage from the tub drain permeated the room and my entire experience? Now I have. Never again! At check out they had the nerve to say I should have contacted reception earlier with my complaints. To what end? Can you fire the management?

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and I assure you that we take your comments seriously as we strive to continuously improve our services.Upon reading your review, I am truly disheartened to learn about the inconveniences you suffered all stay long. I would like to address your concerns regarding the room assignment. Had we been made aware of your dissatisfaction during your stay, our team would have been more than willing to accommodate your request for a room on an upper floor with an upper ceiling shower setup. Your comfort and satisfaction are paramount to us, and we regret any oversight in not meeting these expectations from the outset.Regarding your feedback on the pre-stay survey, I acknowledge that the questions posed may have seemed redundant considering our standard offerings. This is the way to know better our guest’s needs before they come. Some facilities such as iron, for example, are not in the standards of some room categories (classic and superior) but we can put it in the room if needed. The guests like to have the first contact with the reception before they come. They are welcome to ask questions, and we are delighted to assist them in organizing their upcoming stay. It’s more personal. And, it isn’t mandatory to replay. However, we will review our survey process to ensure it adds value to all our guests' experiences in the future.Additionally, I want to assure you that we take plumbing issue seriously, and from this morning we are actively working to find the reason of this problem.Once again, I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced and thank you for bringing them to our attention.
