Bien placé, propre, mais surcoté
Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel en plein centre. J’ai eu la chance d’être surclassée, mais la chambre était vraiment petite malgré tout. Aucun support pour poser la valise, aucun miroir dans la chambre, et la largeur d’un homme autour du lit. Petit soucis de fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement, et une ventilation vraiment très bruyante.

Une foule de petits détails qui ont rendu ce séjour très agréable. Chambre pas très grande mais avec un grand confort dans tous les détails. On se sent comme chez soi. Un bémol : 2 petits lits ensemble ne font pas un grand lit. Pour le reste... tout à été impeccable dans les moindres détails. Petit déjeuner non testé puisque nos journées pro commençaient par un déjeuner en commun. Quartier très calme et très sécurisé, proximité de l'Assemblée Nationale et de plusieurs ministères aidant. Pas mal de petits resto tout autour, de moins à plus cher...

Déception
La chambre que nous avions réservée ètait tellement minuscule, le lit juste assez grand pour 1 personne, que nous avons demandé une autre chambre. Malheureusement il n'y avait qu'une suite junior disponible à un prix très élevé. Grande chambre grand lit mais la salle de bain n'était pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. Peignoir de bain mais pas de mule.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location, near the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Jardin des Tuileries and within walking distance of great restaurants like Bouillon Racine and Le Coupe Chou, among others. The staff is very competent and welcoming, from check-in to check-out the service was spectacular. We are very grateful for the great service we received from Malyne, Yvan, Vajira, Samra, Ahmed and the director Florence, they are all fabulous people whose contributions made our stay a marvelous and unforgettable experience. The breakfast buffet is very good and has a little bit of everything for everyone. The breakfast staff, including Upul, Festus and Marie-Claude, all made each morning a good one with their prompt and professional service. In terms of housekeeping everything is very clean and organized, the team is great, very respectful and nice. In general, most of the staff speaks English, some Spanish as well, and they are all always ready to help their guests, whether its with restaurant recommendations, providing adapters for phones, or arraging for transportation, they all excel at customer service. We certainly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making this life-long dream a fantastic experience for us.

Hôtel was lovely, room was a little small had no where to store luggage, had to leave this on the floor at the foot of my bed so, had to keep stepping over this to move around the room. Staff especially Ivan was amazing, allowed an early check in, charged my phone a few times as my cable stopped working, and also called my driver when pick up was late. A great place to stay… very central, will definitely be staying here in the future. X

Wonderful hotel, we stayed there 10 years ago and came back for our anniversary. Lovely friendly staff, also got upgraded room with fantastic views. Staff didn’t know we had an anniversary. Highly recommended. Very close to everything.

Fantastic hotel. Staff was very helpful and professional. Great location. Walkable to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, St Germain, Musee d’Orsay. Staff even made us reservations at nearby restaurants. Rooms were very nice and clean.

Wonderful stay. Thank you to Estella and all the staff. Location is perfect for close walking to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Musee d’Orsay, St Germain. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very understanding of our son’s food allergies. Quiet at night. Very clean and comfortable. Delightful hotel. Staff even made some very good suggestions and reservations for us at local restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The staff at Hotel d'Orsay is terrific. We were made to feel very at home and very welcomed. They provide great service in a friendly and attentive way. The hotel is extremely clean and the coffee, tea and cake each afternoon is a welcome treat. The breakfast was our favorite each morning during our stay. Just totally top notch across the board! Wonderful stay all around. Loved the hotel!
