I have been staying VRBO/Homeaway for each of the last 10 years. Nicholas provided the best Host experience of all. The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and stocked with everything needed for our stay. Nicholas had a very pleasant demeanor and was very thorough. After greeting us with croissants, he went step by step with a check list explaining everything to us about the apartment, the appliances, the apartment complex, the neighbors and the neighborhood. At one point after explaining how to operate an appliance he then took time out for me to try it out to be sure I could operate it properly. Over all, he provided all the points of information and support possible to insure we had a enjoyable stay and a positive experience. I strongly recommend.

Je sĂ©journe chez VRBO / Homeaway depuis chacune des 10 derniĂšres annĂ©es. Nicholas a fourni la meilleure expĂ©rience d'hĂŽte de toutes. L'appartement Ă©tait comme annoncĂ©. C'Ă©tait propre et rempli de tout le nĂ©cessaire pour notre sĂ©jour. Nicholas avait un comportement trĂšs agrĂ©able et Ă©tait trĂšs minutieux. AprĂšs nous avoir accueillis avec des croissants, il est allĂ© Ă©tape par Ă©tape avec une liste de contrĂŽle nous expliquant tout sur l'appartement, les appareils, le complexe d'appartements, les voisins et le quartier. Ă un moment donnĂ©, aprĂšs avoir expliquĂ© comment faire fonctionner un appareil, il a ensuite pris le temps pour moi de l'essayer pour ĂȘtre sĂ»r que je pouvais le faire fonc.
