« Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use. »

« Very clean but it’s a little outdated with old furniture , old carpet and mattress a little soft, staff is very friendly but room is very clean - will be back to this hotel and walking distance to Chinatown »
