« This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful people working there. They all seemed to want to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so comfortable and welcoming and I loved it.
The one down side was the steak I ordered which was chewy and inedible - disappointing as it wasnât at all cheap.
I would definitely return but just not order steak.

« Let me take a moment to share my experience at this hotel. Initially, I had booked from September 2 to September 11. I extended my stay for two more nights so a total of 11 nights at the hotel.
First of all, the condition of the hotel.
This is a very reputable hotel â beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities provided were excellent. The gym, the swimming pool, and the 7th floor with its view over the city were all wonderful.

« Super friendly personnel, The hotel is very safe but you need to take Uber or other transport to get around. But Nairobi in general is like that. The quality of the food in the restaurant could be improved! »
« Convenient location. Clean and spacious room with kitchen, microwave, refrigerator. Bathroom in good condition. Very reasonably priced. Safe and secured. Elevator is very helpful. We had two nights of good sleep. Very grateful. »
