« Apartment was clean and the owner was very responsive. She helped us by providing some recommendations on good places for morning cappuccinos and pastry as well as meals. The apartment was on the first floor (2nd floor for those in the States). There was a lift but the stairs were very easy to navigate. Convenient access to the Termini train station. »

« Lorenzo our host generously provided a list of local eateries and directions to the nearest shops for basics.The property itself was clean, well-equipped and in a great location from which to stroll round the streets of Lucca or explore further afield.The sound from the music school which is adjacent to the flat takes a bit of getting used to, but not unpleasant.The flat is attractive, welcoming, if a bit dark inside, but the wee outdoor space is a bonus. Would recommend. »

« My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

« Lucca was better than expected! It's like the whole town lives in a story book! Both the city and the apartment are really great and have tons of character. We would stay here again. « The apartment is a short walk (7 minutes) from Lucca train station, and the description is accurate - apart from there being no separate terrace accessible from the kitchen. The courtyard garden is nice to have for eating outside etc. The apartment did seem a little dark, but that's the nature of the building. Our host was very helpful, and a few minor issues found upon arrival were rectified on the same day.One suggestion is to provide some tea-bags / coffee for guests. »
