« I primarily chose the hotel for its location near the Grace Bible Church where I was participating in a conference. The grounds and room were clean and well-maintained. Good 24-hour security. There are steps as the property is on a hill. Not many guests, but breakfast was always on time and I could go to the dining room as needed. Convenient, clean and secure. »
« We enjoyed the trip thoroughly, the only setback was that there was no wifi at the hotel. Otherwise we had excellent food, and the view of Mt Kenya from the room was awesome. The hotel is aptly named. »
« This property seemed to have quite good reviews. I was disappointed overall.
Pros:
-Rooms were clean and comfortable
-Location was convenient
-Staff was friendly
Cons:
-the hotel seemed pretty run down
-the restaurant was substandard
-you could hear everything through the walls
-there was no hot water, even after 3 complaints
-the staff moved all my stuff to another room without my prior knowledge or permission because they wanted to give my room to someone else »
« Frukost som skulle ingÄ fans inte,wi-fi funkade till och frÄn.myggnÀt saknades mm.RÀtt sÄ besviken pÄ smÄ saker som dom skulle kunna rÀtta till.verkade som om Àgaren till stÀllet inte hade nÄt intresse.SÄ nÀsta gÄng jag reser dit vilket jag kommer göra sÄ bokar jag ett annat hotell. »
« WiFi didnât exist, multiple infestations of different insects, the food was only 3 different choices, it exists 10 km away from everything on a dirt road in the middle of no where.
Hotels didnât help out and we asked for a refund on day one. »
« So nice to see toilet lid on the ground behind the toilet, the toilet that did not flush was wonderful, broken tiles on outside of tub were a great part of bathroom, tub from Aincent rome, light imfixture in room was nice but a bulb in it would have been nicer, broken tv,no remote wonderful . Restaurant just as nice, very dark...which was good so you did not see how old run down and dirty it was. The mutton i ordered was just empty ones and scraps of meat. Funny part it only took 45 minutes...
