« Wonderful experience. Beautiful area--rooms have amazing views. Right next to the park with lots of animals in view. Easy to grab a truck to explore the inside of the park. Staff was friendly, the food was pretty-good (not amazing). Note: Motorcycles are not allowed inside the park and the hotel is located inside the park. »

« The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru! »

« A wonderful stay,a pity it was only for one night. The staff are superb. Christine, Daniel and the chef whose name I have forgotten deserve special mention. I didn't know that the restaurant closed at 8. I arrived just after 8 and the chef insisted on making me. Dinner. Room was small, cosy and comfortable. Perfect for one person Food is really good. I can recommend this hotel 100% »

« Super mooie plek. Super lief en vriendelijk personeel! Game drive geboekt vanuit het hotel naar Nakuru National park. De gids had veel ervaring. Ideaal hotel voor reizen met baby van 1,5 jaar. Het eten was echt fantastisch. Zeer vriendelijke kok die van voetbal houd. Goed hotel om van je telefoonverslaving af te komen. Nadelen: Er is niks in de direct omgeving om te lopen. »

« The Manager Liz was brilliant. Sammy a member of their staff was simply great. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again. »

« The rooms were comfortable but they need mosquito nets over the beds. We both got bit quite badly. Our tv did not work. They are also under construction so it was hard to find comfortable places to sit. The staff was extremely helpful with what they had. »

« The hotel did not recognize the reservation through Hotels.com. We were told this hotel does not do business with you. We spend quite a bit of time to clarify the matter. Finally, the manager looked in his computer system and found my name under a reservation made by Expedia. This was obviously a flaw in their system or ignorance of the front desk staff. »

« Great stay, staff made me feel exuberant, and at relaxing.. catering to all my needs, wants and desire. Politely prepare my meal and ask did I need anything else. Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! Would definitely tell my friends visiting to choose this Hotel. »

« I was disappointed with my stay. I was unable to sleep first night because of what appeared to be cultic chants emanating from a building next door until the early hours of the morning. I called the reception and they were not able to do anything about it. No one apologized for this ridiculous situation. I could go on and on. The room was tiny, way below expectations. Only salvaging Grace was warm shower. Toilet paper was not freely available. The staff was courteous and the food was good....

« The peopeety is new So the rooms are very clean However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety.
