« Très bel hôtel dans un environnement très calme »

« Toilet clogged, absolute nightmare. We have been given another room but same issue with the sink, personal seems high and no real interest on the hôtel maintaining. In short to avoid »

« Staff was super friendly! Felt safe and comfortable the whole time. »

« The only complaint I had was that my sink faucet was extremely loose. Someone probably needs to go in there and replace it or tighten it down. »

« La chambre puait énormément la clope et imprégnait nos affaires. Chauffage faisant beaucoup de bruit. Toutefois »

« Standard hotel. Some corridors were not clean. Rooms are large and confortable although. »

« I didn't encounter any problems. »

« Hôtel propre et très bien entretenu. Un peu basique mais ok pour visiter Cleveland »

« As a family with high pet allergies, appreciate very much no pet policies. Most hotels aren’t that considerate anymore. »

« One of the nicest places I’ve stayed and a real bargain for the price. Parking is extremely expensive so suggest you research for another place to park »

« Staff was very helpful »

« The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender! »
