« Admittedly, I may have looked a little road rough entering the hotel. However, the initial transaction with the front desk person was a bit less than desirable due to, I think, the Expedia booking instead of direct. She did seem to warm up when my wife showed up and when she realized I have a Marriott loyalty account. Or perhaps I misread her. Either way, it’s a nice place, just off the highway. « We stayed at the Aloft this past weekend and had a wonderful experience! Check-in was handled by the sweetest woman—she was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome right away. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Although we didn’t get a chance to use them, the hotel offers great amenities, including a pool and a gym for guests. We felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay, and the beautiful walking park right across the street was a lovely bonus. »
