« The property was in great condition. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The lobby and outdoor spaces are quote nice for this tier of hotel. No issues with our stay. We didn't eat the breakfast so no review there. »

« I had paid on Expedia, but the desk clerk charged me again. I would usually notice, but was exhausted from being with family at St Vincent's. I told 2 other clerks and they said they were aware, but couldn't do anything about it. I am back home, no emails, out $224. A refund would be great. »

« Unfortunately the front desk person was at lunch when we arrived. The sign did not say when she left or what time she would return. Other people trying to check in waited 30 mins. Many of the guests we saw as we were waiting were a bit sketch and we didn't feel very safe. Many people were in and out and we heard fighting in the parking lot. « It’s absolutely ridiculous there is only street parking and the guest has to pay to park in the parking lot. A customer is already paying for the hotel, parking should be included instead of stressing about if you’re going to find a spot on the street »

« I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else. »

« The place is very well located and great value for money. The only grouse I have is lack of housekeeping. For a family of 5, daily housekeeping is much needed - what with changing towels, beverages etc. When I asked the Front Desk about it, I was told it's done every other day and were surprised nobody told me about it during check-in. But other than this - our stay was very comfortable. »
