« Une nuitée passée dans cet hôtel situé au nord d'Austin, bien agréable: accueil sympathique, literie de qualité et ensemble assez propre. Rien à redire si ce n'est que quelques éléments portent le poids des années, mais dans l'ensemble c'est très bien et nous recommandons. »

« We stayed in a 2nd floor room. The hallway reeked of marijuana. There were five cigarette burn holes in one blanket and two on the other. The bathroom was supposed to have disability access to the shower. If you are disabled from the waist down, you aren't able to get into the bathtub and access the shower. No ice machine on the property. When I checked out, I was so congested and coughing from inhaling the pot in the air. »

« I stayed at this hotel and woke up in the middle of the night itching like crazy. I turned on the light and saw that there were red bumps on my arms and shoulders. I checked around the bed and found a bed bug. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night because of itching and fear that more bugs would get on me. I put one of the bed bugs in a cup and showed it to the desk manager the next morning - she offered me a 10% discount, which I thought was ridiculous. Don't stay at this place. »

« Les lieux sont malpropres, et la première chambre assignée n’était pas prête (bouteilles de bière, odeurs et déchets, lits ouverts) Nous avions bien mentionnés être extrêmement fatigués et avoir besoin de dormir, puis à 3h15 AM ils ont assignés la chambre annexe (murs en carton) à une famille avec un bebe naissant et 2 enfants en pleine nuit qui débarquent et font un vacarme infernal. Lits très mous. »

« I had a problem with my reservation on Expedia. When I arrived the booking had been moved to another date I had to pay for an extra night and I was told it would be refunded but unfortunately I still haven’t received any payment but aside from that I really loved the stay »

« Everything was great the Hotel was very clean and well maintained. For some reason through Expedia the reservation for us was a Handicap room which I didn’t like at all. Only there for a couple nights so I just left it alone. Because it is a package deal where even the Hilton doesn’t know what we paid I didn’t think we could have made any changes. Live and learn I guess!! The bathroom had a barn door and it did not close off completely, in photo U can see gaps between walls and the door not...
