« Overall good stay, but could use some improvements. Finding the hotel can be difficult if not given previous instructions on how to get there, as it’s part of a larger collection of hotels in one building with designated elevators, but staff were helpful enough to provide that beforehand. Lobby is shared on the 21st floor with no restrictions on smoking, unfortunately. And we need to be patient and aware on waiting for the elevators.
