« Nice Hotel The staffs are good, the room is very user family, clean and modern, the breakfast is not bad, but the food can be better, Location is not bad, within 10 minutes walk to the nearby sightseeing points. »

« The location was excellent and we liked that there were laundry facilities. The breakfast is traditional chinese, so if you like a more western style breakfast this hotel might not be for you. »

« I would suggest staying here for the excellent service. The staff is really nice and are always there to help. The location is always great. It is right across from the Raffles mall with many stores and entertainment. The train station is also directly in front of the property. »

« Breakfast was good. Tables very clean. Staff very . Close to subway line and restaurants Area was in a quiet neighborhood. »

« Great location, but I would not recommend this hotel. The elevators are slow and one was broken. The room only has power while your keycard is in the slot, so everything shuts off when you leave. That was infuriating and exhausting. I'm a paying guest, and I didn't opt into saving a few cents of electricity. The room itself was filthy. The floors were exceptionally dirty and the sheets had a blood stain on them. Shower towels were left by the bathtub, so I kept forgetting them and had to walk...

« Loved the stay at this hotel, my room was very clean and the house keeper Furong did a great job cleaning after my stay each day there, would definitely stay here again in the future »

« Good hotel well placed. Our room was nice and clean, our window needed a repair tough (seal + handle). Air conditioning is working properly but a bit noisy and sensor was not accurate) »

« Friendly and helpful staff , room is clean, nice location close to everything you need but you just need to get ready to walk »
