« Parking was fine. Staff was friendly. The room was okay. It couldve been a little cleaner. Dead bug in bathroom. Also a fake fingernail under vanity. Sunflower shells by nite stand. Didn't realize the restaurant /bar closed sunday evening. No food available. But location was good. Outside well kept. Pool looked wonderful but not open yet. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Amazing getaway. Only complaint is due to my being a light sleeper, the floors seemed thinner than most places and I could hear every step the people of above us made. But everything else about this place was great! »

« The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very quick when it came to us needing anything at all. They made fresh hot breakfast in the morning and it was delicious, you can even order customized coffee which we did not take advantage of but nice to know we could. Literally the only thing that we did not like was that there was maintenance work happening past midnight on our second night there and the hammering sounds made it a bit hard to fall/stay...

« The room was in very poor shape. Looked like it was barely cleaned. The shower had not been cleaned at all. There was dirty on shampoo and soap dispensers. Looked like black mold growing above the shower head. The weather stripping for the door was broke and hanging down. The room smelt like it had been smoked in. The comforter had some stains on it. I normally spend more money on a room but I went cheap this time and paid for it. Spend another $30 or $40 a night and go else where. »

« Room was clean, beds were decent, there is no water pressure at all and the drain is very slow for the tub/shower. »

« I dont think our room was cleaned before our stay. Pet bowls were left out, trash in the trash can, towels still in drier and black dog hairs everywhere. Master bedroom tv did not work and found the living room tv remote buried in the couch cushions. Kids complained of pillows smelled like cigarettes and dog hair in bed. Room was conveniently located and felt secluded »

« The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately »

« I booked off the pictures...not quite what we got. The carpet was filthy..sloppy paint job,whenever that was done and just beat up. Upside..the sheets and towels where clean. The breakfast was very good too. Staff was nice.. There you go. »
