« The room lacked detailed cleanliness upon arrival and even the following day after the daily cleaning. Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same. Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. Then the following day the garbage in the same bin was not emptied. Lastly the pillows on the made bed upon arrival had been placed without...

« The room was very clean. It looks like new flooring, paint and tub surround completed recently. Breakfast had a good variety of things to eat. It was better than many of the budget hotels we have stayed at previously. We would recommend this place. »

« Tout était parfait »

« Close to every place we want to go »

« Do not stay here! Absolutely horrible starting with the disgusting, unwelcoming lobby. Then it went downhill from there: Very expensive for what? No chair to sit in just a bed No Kleenex Nightstand on one side of bed has outlet plugs but they don’t work because there is no where to plug in the main plug? No shower soap No cokes in the Coke machine No ice in the outside ice chest Breakfast options cheap Hair in the floor - not mine TV in one of the rooms did not work Just conditioning shampoo?...

« Staff was very nice …when you actually saw someone. For the money they charge they should be more attentive. No valet no bellmen room wasn’t serviced once in three nights when we also asked for it….and it’s a little tired it needs some sprucing up. »

« I spent 2 nights at this Hotel for a short trip in Helen. It’s is about 1 mile from the main strip. This is an older property that could use updating. The staff was very friendly and responded immediately to needs. The overall cleanliness of the place is poor. They have an indoor pool that is heated and a hot tub and both felt wonderful after a long day of walking around Helen, My complaint is that this hotel along with many others in the area charge a rate equal to a 4 star hotel in a major...
