We brought both of our smaller dogs and the neighborhood was lovely to walk around with them in. The beach here is in the bay, which we enjoyed as the water was pretty clear. « We had a lovely stay here. The room was adorable. The hosts provided so many small, thoughtful touches like books, games, and cards. Communication was immediate and incredibly responsive. The room is really just steps from the beach! There are shops and restaurants on the street outside making things very convenient without being noisy. The pool was almost right outside the door. And especially nice for us (my husband is 6'4"), the king size bed was actually a king size bed. I miss it already...

« Pictures made the property seem larger than the actual size. However, the property was really all two people would need. It is a cozy, beautiful little place. It has a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher. The freezer had an ice maker, so no need to buy ice for the cooler. There is a cooler and a couple of chairs in the closet. « Location was great, easy to get to. Close to the beach and walking to plenty of the places. Location of shared pool was not ideal but fine, pool shared with lots of other guests in another hotel. The only downfall was the AC did not cool lower then 77 degrees during the day, just couldn't keep up with GA heat but was fine at night and early morning it got down to 73. »

« There is parking for 3 vehicles if they are not very large SUV’s or trucks. The deck area in the back is nice, but small, and sits next to the AC units. We might not have explored enough to understand the “artsy” part of the area. »

« Pack hangers; only 2 provided. Take a cooler to the pool if you want to save money on drinks. Go to Savannah for nightlife. Cops will pull you over on Tybee for the littlest thing, even in a golf cart; they just sit there and wait because they have nothing to do, so be perfect. »
