« My husband and I just spent the month of March at Denay’s lovely home in Dunedin, Fl. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Our check in was very smooth. We arrived at night and there were lights on for us, which was nice. The home is beautiful, very clean and spacious and well equipped for a longer stay. The location can’t be beat. You are literally right next to the Pinellas trail and across the street from Blue Jays stadium and also a short walk to downtown. Denay is a superb host....

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well maintained. The owners did a great job creating a little tropical oasis where you can kick back and relax. Our favorite part was the hot tub. Especially at this time of the year when the temperatures drop at night. Only a 15 minute drive to Honeymoon Island State Park. The room includes beach towels. « We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is cute but very small. Which was fine for the 3 of us. Some of the things we enjoyed about the house was the location. Every morning we were able to walk to the local coffee shop. If bars are your scene there is a neat little bar right across the street. « Coconut Cabana is close to the beach and a short walk to almost everything you’d want to do in Clearwater. The pools are small, but we never had a problem with them being crowded. There are plenty of chairs by the pools and chairs and tables in the shared backyard area. It’s not the fanciest or the newest, but I felt it was a good value in a fantastic location. »

« This was our 4th time staying at this property. You CAN NOT beat this location. Our kids (19&13) don't mind staying on the pull out couch and my wife and I have the bedroom to ourselves. Not that there is much time spent inside when you have a walkout beach with no stairs. We will definitely be staying again next year There were beach chairs, a cooler, tubes and two umbrellas in the shed. »
