« The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. « The place was AWESOME!. Clean. Walking distance from every where. Pool was great. Hot Tube was Great. THE OWNERS WERE GREAT!!!. Everything about this place was awesome. If you want are a great place to stay, go kayaking, the beach, downtown Dunnien. This is a great place. So worth the price. Looking forward to staying there again. Even enough room to park with a trailer carrying a 14 foot kayak. Loved it »

« Needs a lot of work. The entire cottage needs redone. The four differing floor materials are ugly. The water stain in the bedroom ceiling is quite off putting. The molding around the air conditioners is tacky. It all needs work. The Kuerig doesn't work. »

« Immaculate home in the heart of Downtown Dunedin! We walked to dinner and late night ice cream every night and loved Lanes Lemonade just a minute walk down the trail! You couldn’t beat this location and just a short drive to Honeymoon Island for gorgeous beaches! Greatly appreciated the beach chairs provided on property!I loved the layout of the bedrooms giving me separation from my teenage boys who like to stay up way later than mom! « Room was well kept. The location was perfect for our trip. The lake was nice to sit and have a cup of coffee in the mornings. Whenever I had a question, the host responded quickly. The pool and pool area was nice, although we did not use it. There was a problem with the air conditioning one evening, but the host was able to repair it the next morning. It may need some additional maintenance. The kitchenette has no stove, but there was a toaster, toaster oven, electric skillet, electric stove top...
