« Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. Could not have been much better. »

« We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend! »

« We have stayed in A LOT of VRBO spaces as a family and this one is by far my favorite!! The space was very clean and had wonderful lighting and a deck with beautiful views of the mountains. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were located on each end of the house which offered some privacy. Sue provided sleep masks for each guest, so the extra lighting that came in did not wake you up, which was really thoughtful. I especially appreciated the organic cotton towels,...

« The condo was perfect for our group of 4 friends. We had 3 first timers to Seattle and the location was so convenient for experiencing the big ticket tourist items. The condo was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with our kitchen and bathroom needs. We had one service need which was quickly rectified and did not impact our stay at all. Great instructions and communications by the owner made for a problem free stay! Highly recommend this place! »

« This is a perfect place for a family vacation. House is very clean and up to date. Beds are very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We ate most meals at the house and had plenty of nice dishes and utensils to use. We used it as our base to explore black canyon and Colorado national monument. Perfect location on the outer edge of town in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay at this place again. »

« Chadwell & Carissa have a fantastic home with all the amenities you'll need during your stay. Their communication from booking to departure was top notch and they made booking with them a breeze. We felt like we were borrowing a friend's house rather than booking a rental! If you need more space, rent their Luna Lodge next door. Our friends were staying there (suprise to both of us!) and it's equally lovely. »

« This was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Truly spotless. My entire family was impressed with it. The separations of bedrooms was great. Walking around the pond was a pleasure in the evenings. Contacting the owner was perfect in every way. The game room was a MAJOR hit with the kids and the adults. Close to Gunnison, Ouray (Box Canyon), and Last Dollar Road were key in our selection. This getaway is perfection plus!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. »

« An older house situated off a busy highway. Great location and very close to groceries. Well equipped with utensils, coffee pot and toaster. Older but very clean and comfortable. Never heard the highway from inside the house. River access less than 100 yards. I really enjoyed my stay there. »

« Great confortable house with all necessary amenities and even a more. Convenient to Black Canyon. Location was very quiet and secluded. I did feel the views and surroundjng terrain were not as great as the website looked. But this really didnt affect my overall satisfaction. »
