« The cabin was as described, but our overall experience was very disappointing. After our stay, the host withheld our entire 1,500 refundable damage deposit, claiming a pellet stove door hinge broke.The host sent a photo showing the door hanging on a single hinge. We assured him that we never touched the door, and it certainly wasn’t in that condition when we left. « Beautiful home on the river, close to the main areas in Gunnison. We loved everything about it! The hosts were great when we had an oven issue come up, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and we loved using the new hot tub! Only note would be that we would've loved to have pics of the bathrooms on the listing just to ease any concerns before our arrival. But they were great, so it was no issue! Loved the steam shower! Thank you...
