The house had everything we needed for a comfy, relaxing stay. And the location? Perfect—just a short drive to the stunning Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’d come back in a heartbeat! »

« Great place to stay »

« Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future. »

« There are some neighborhood deer that hang out nearby and we met the neighbor cat. It's close to downtown so I was able to walk and browse alone as my husband was tired after our drive. It's small, but it worked for just the two of us. »

« My group and I had an amazing experience at this property! The hosts were extremely accommodating and sweet! The view of the mountains was incredible, and the price was unbeatable for the experience. I would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone!!! »

« Hosts were awesome and the apartment clean and complete with everything needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Montrose. »

« Nice very quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were nice. Pretty comfortable bed. The pillows were a little flat, but not too bad. The picture showed a small couch, but there was none. No Kleenex in the room. Another hand towel would’ve been nice. Overall, a nice place to stay. »

« The Loft was absolutely fantastic. Great location, easy access to everything and the space was amazing! Beckie was such a gracious host and the Loft had everything we needed to make our stay a wonderful experience and time with family. Highly recommend! »

« This studio provided enough room for our family and small dog. It had all the amenities needed for a week long visit to the Gunnison Valley and was walkable to town, nearby parks, and the VanTuyl trails. Great use of a smaller space, we’ll definitely consider staying again. »
