« I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. « i was travelling to USA for a 10 days stay. I found this hotel with a good rating and reasonnable prices. the kitchen is really well equipped for breakfast and light cooking. Everything required is in the room, and other can be borrowed from the reception desk. « We checked in pretty late though, but the receptionist at the front was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the property and everything around it. Breakfast was amazing the ladies who cooked it did it a great job and they were so welcoming. The pool was fabulous. Good amount of tables and love that they had towels out there. « Had to stay other night at the same hotel. Paid same price for degraded room, room wasn’t ready by the check-in time, the concierge didnt care about room being not ready by the check-in time. Had to wait 40 mins to check-in. No apology. The room had outlet on the lamp and cannot fit multiple charger. »

« The room was not well maintained. Room was not made up on a daily basis. There was no daily breakfast as advertised on their website. (Under construction) Should have been informed, would have chosen another hotel!!! Furniture was dated and worn down. Exterior of property was not well maintained and there were issues with the elevator. »

« Extended my stay and when I went to front desk to check out and check back in. They never took the deposit back after putting it on my card and I didn’t know. And they told me I would have to give them a new deposit of 100 dollars. Although the mistake was in their end forcing me to check out and leave. Never will stay here again.
