« Great place to stay for seeing the surrounding area or if you’re in town for some reason. I personally couldn’t get ahold of anyone to talk with during the stay, which put us on a time crunch that we could’ve avoided. Other than that issue the place was clean and tended to the needs we had at the same rate of a hotel but more room to ourselves and less hassle. I’d give a 5 star if I were able to easily communicate with someone involving any concerns or issues we have. »

« Nice house. Decorated nicely. It is an old place (thinking circa 1900), so going upstairs was a chore. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. They did a nice job of making us feel welcome. The area is industrial, there were a lot of trains throughout the night. We did feel safe staying there. It is in a great location when it comes to exploring Cleveland. Very close to everything. All in all, we had a good stay. »

« The access to the home went without a hitch, just as described. The home was clean, kitchen well-stocked, the dining area airy and bright, and the beds comfortable (although somewhat high to get in and out of - for us). The bathroom is small but clean and very serviceable. The heating/cooling system is good - accommodating the highly fluctuating high and low temperatures of our 4 day stay. « This was my husband and I's first experience using verbo and we couldn't be happier. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We are definitely thinking about using the same property the next time we come up to Ohio. »

« We had family come into town for my son's wedding so needed space for the out of town guests. Lovely house with plenty of room. Didn't get chance to enjoy the beach or water as we were busy with the wedding events. Little surprised that weren't given information about access to beach but house couple doors down did provide information. Enjoyed stay. »
