« We stayed here before and for the most part it’s clean and convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Couple things that we noted, there are ants in our room by the window AC/heater unit. The pool area is less than desirable. The pool was really dirty not inviting at all. »

« Reception by the front desk staff when I checked in was very underwhelming. No smile or any indication they were happy to have me. The elevator was inoperative so I had to climb four flights of stairs to get to my room. The last time I stayed at this property, my room faced the on-ramp to a major highway, and it was extremely noisy all night. I asked the front desk staff not to put me in a room that faced the highway but when I got to my room, it faced the highway so I had to go back down and...
