« The house is very nice. Having the boat slip for our boat was wonderful. The deck is also very nice. It was lovely sitting out there watching the water and boats go by. Communication was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. My only suggestion would be, the house needs a toaster. »

We did need a few more kitchen item - couldn't find the toaster and cookie sheets since we are foodies and wanted to cook but all in all - it was very nice and we would rent again if needed. »

« Our family of 3 adults had a wonderful time at the house. We were visiting family in Clayton, and this house was the perfect oasis for our trip. The house was as clean as advertised. It was large enough that we could spread out and enjoy. We walked 5 minutes to the nearby park and enjoyed a beautiful sunny morning walking the trails and taking pictures. The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any inquiries we had. Overall, we would recommend this house to everyone! »
