« Air conditioner doesn’t cool bedrooms upstairs. Guests slept in sweat. Some pots and pans need to be replaced. Exterior was covered in cobwebs. Not much room to park a boat the dock because homeowner’s boat takes up most of the dock. »

« We had an amazing time! I think you may have the best lot on the delta! The yard is absolutely stunning and the house was so well set up. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the views and the water. Thank you for renting to us. We hope to return again. »

« A bit far from fast water and VRBO should have blocked the Saturday and Holiday because we had a confirmation that it was ours. Then once we had to re book, the price was higher. Other than that… Water toys to play with. Hot tub could have been hotter. Bbq grill worked great! »

« I had to attend a funeral in Tracy and decided to book this property for the weekend. All I can say is WOW. This house and its amenities shined some light on a very dark situation. The landlords were also very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this rental and definitely plan on renting it in the future. »

« The neighborhood was very quiet and the hills in the back were lovely to look at. Slept the family comfortably and when it came time to get ready each day, there was enough hot water for all of us and the water pressure was good. Conveniently located close (5 minute drive) to BART which was great for us. »
