It offers modern comforts to its guests with a spacious brightly-lit living room overlooking a private pool where you can either take a swim or sunbathe on the terrace.
Equipped with modern kitchen appliances, you can indulge yourself in a nice home cooked meal.
The villa also features free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a covered parking area.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, amenities and all facilities. These include a washing machine, kitchenware and other services. Please make yourself at home.
You will enter the apartment through a shared entrance.

Once you book with us, we will create a group with you and our guest relations team, in which all information related to the location and check in/ out procedure will be shared.
When you arrive , you will get the keys from the lockbox located outside of the apartment.
While you may have the apartment to yourselves, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you book activities, bike & car rentals and anything else.

This property is nestled in a prestigious neighborhood in Protaras- a
resort town in eastern Cyprus. You can enjoy your day by experiencing the different water sports activities Green Bay Watersports & Wake Club has to offer. Moreover, situated near supermarkets, restaurants, Konnos beach, and a few minutes’ drive from Cyclops Cave and Cape Greco National Forest Park; you can explore the area and admire its hidden gems.

Various bus stops are located all around town near the property. They take you to most destinations, places of interest & culture; and also to the airport.
Moreover, you can get around and explore the area by bike.
There is a free parking available on premises.

The cleaning fee covers your departure clean. Our housekeeping team can provide you with extra service during your stay for added charge.
Our guest relations team will follow up with you from the moment you inquire about the place until the moment you check out.

We are environmental friendly, and by that we aim to preserve sustainable energy. So kindly note that you will be handed one energy saving card attached to the apartment key upon check-in.
Please remove it from the card holder once you are out of the apartment.

- While our listing features a smart TV, please note that it is not connected to satellite channels. However, feel free to enjoy streaming services like YouTube or use your own Netflix account for entertainment during your stay.

**IMPORTANT**: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
* Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.

Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.5 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily. This measure ensures fair usage and encourages conscientious energy practices, benefitting both our environment and your wallet.
