As a new hotel, we appreciate receiving feedback from our guests even if it is of critical nature, as this is the only way we can truly assess our guests' needs and improve the service excellence we aim to deliver. I sincerely apologize for failing to reach your expectations.
Let me comment each issue one by one.
Upon your arrival we offered you the same room as you booked: superior pool view room. And when you didn't like it, we offered you superior sew view room. And after your second visit to reception, we did change your room second time because you didn't like the location. We always try to meet or exceed our guests’ expectations.
Please note that all observations about cleanliness of the rooms and empty plates during the breakfast have been discussed with all departments. We have taken consideration of all your comments and will make sure that improvements are made.
Please accept our sincerely apologizes about the accident around the pool. Your husband reported it to the reception, and immediately our chef engineer fixed this problem. We also suggested your spouse to call a doctor, but he refused.
We are hopeful that you will give us one more opportunity to welcoming you back and allow us to make the most appropriate amends.
