« When we got there and checked in we found out the boilers were down. Because of the long weekend no was able to come and fix the boilers. So no heat. We did receive one portable heater to keep the unit warm. The management was excellent in helping us to get a couple of more portable heaters for our unit. With the heaters the unit was warm and cozy. I give praise to the management for helping with the no heat situation. Communication was easy. Thank you. »

« Host isn't very responsive. It took 3 emails to have my questions answered...and they were finally answered 24 hours after check in...so more of a show up and find out kinda place. There is only one hair dryer and it is on the main floor so if you are in the upstairs main suite you have to go downstairs to dry your hair...not ideal if you have kids or guests you don't want to wake/disturb. The kitchen was fairly well stocked except for forks...there were 7 to be exact, not enough for 8 guests...
