« Très belle hôtel directement sur le mont de ski avec piscine et spa chauffées à l’extérieur. Un chambre fermé avec une cuisine complète. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons adoré notre visite et avons profité du ski, piscine et des belles boutiques succulent restaurants dans la ville de Kimberley à 5 min de voiture. Nous recommandons à tous le monde »

« Clean, simple accommodations. Being above the base facilities is a little bit of a nuisance for apres ski activities but is rectified by the regular free shuttle bus. My only complaint is with the main bed frame (bunk bed) being a little impractical but this is a minor issue. Would be great value for families if they’re OK with close quarters. »

« Very clean and comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor patio. Megan also responded quickly and check in and check out was easy. Only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the cleaner missed taking out the trash and recycling, and the instant coffee (my parents prefer it over regular coffee), and hot chocolate were out, and it seemed like the people before us didn’t wash a few of the plates, they just put them back in the cupboard after use. « The check-in process was terrible. We were not aware there would be no one available. It took over an hour to actually reach someone on the phone who could help us and give us instructions for access. It was very frustrating! Once we were inside we really liked the place and underground parking was very convenient. We could not get the TV’s to work. Someone came on day two and they couldn’t get the living area one to work, but were able to get the bedroom one to work on a few channels. We...
