« This was our second time staying here because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The hotel is fairly new and modern. It has a beautiful lobby better than some higher end hotels I’ve stayed at. Free breakfast in the morning and hardy, with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. The hotel also has a small shop with a few drinks and snacks if you don’t want to head out for shopping. The location is just minutes from Texas Tech, the reason for our visits. Just be careful that Google Maps had the location...

« Chambre correcte, agréable, silencieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. La fin du service est fixée à 9h00. Nous arrivons à 8h40 et dès 8h45 le personnel commence à débarrasser et ne ré-approvisionne pas, donc il faut faire avec ce qui reste autant dire pas grand chose. Pour ma part cela n'est pas correct ou bien on annonce que l'on n'est plus servi à partir de 8h45. Sur ce point je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. »

« Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. When I checked into my room, I unlocked the door only to find it hadn’t been cleaned. There were dirty linens scattered throughout the room. The overall property was also very dirty, with water tracked throughout the hallways from the pool area and ants in multiple areas, as well as visible trash throughout. Security was another concern.
