La Quinta Inns & Suites à Panhandle Plains

« Chambre correcte, agréable, silencieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. La fin du service est fixée à 9h00. Nous arrivons à 8h40 et dès 8h45 le personnel commence à débarrasser et ne ré-approvisionne pas, donc il faut faire avec ce qui reste autant dire pas grand chose. Pour ma part cela n'est pas correct ou bien on annonce que l'on n'est plus servi à partir de 8h45. Sur ce point je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. »

« Hotel smelled terrible in the hallways and made its way into the rooms. Booked hotel for indoor pool and it was closed. Staff would not change our room or offer a refund. Don’t waste your money. »

« It was a terrible stay. The bathroom in our room was so dirty. Mens beard hair in the sink, long women’s hair on the bathroom floor. Toothpaste splatter on the counter, faucet and mirror. Dirty counter top. Our toilet paper roll had a couple of squares on it, they didn’t even bother to replace it with a new roll. When we told the front staff all they said was sorry about that and did nothing to try and make it right. All this had us questioning everything in the room. Not a good night. »

« The last two days of my stay I had to live with a wet carpet. They chose to shampoo mine while I was there. The staff just said, sorry your room was on the list. »

« Things broken in room like the fridge etc called for early check in but that didnt happen kinda a disappointment for paying so much »
