« The dogs, horses, wild birds, and especially the humans here all made us feel very welcome. The train car is so cool! It's very comfortable, charmingly decorated, and easy to find. We especially enjoyed sitting outside after dark and watching the stars and far-off thunderstorms. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a comfortable spot with great amenities, this is the place to go. »

« The cabin is very convenient to Palo Duro Canyon State Park. It is charming exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The host provided fresh eggs and breakfast fixings. We really enjoyed the porch swing on screened porch watching the goats and horses after hiking in the Canyon. We would definitely recommend this property for a trip to Palo Duro Canyon or just a West Texas experience! »

« It was the perfect place for us to be. The view was excellent at sunrise. A few longhorn cattle visited us late one evening. We had our privacy from other guests, too. The cabin was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. Very good use of every space! Would highly recommend a stay, especially if you plan to attend the musical “Texas” which is performed down in Palo Duro Canyon in the summer months.
