« Stayed on first floor. Second floor guest might as well be in the room with you, as even light steps echoed through the room. Bathroom fan either didn’t work or wasn’t even present, was like a sauna after a short shower. The smoke alarm has an obnoxiously bright light that flashes randomly. We’ll stick with Holiday Inn Express »

« Chambre correcte, agréable, silencieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. La fin du service est fixée à 9h00. Nous arrivons à 8h40 et dÚs 8h45 le personnel commence à débarrasser et ne ré-approvisionne pas, donc il faut faire avec ce qui reste autant dire pas grand chose. Pour ma part cela n'est pas correct ou bien on annonce que l'on n'est plus servi à partir de 8h45. Sur ce point je ne recommande pas cet hÎtel. »

« The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed there due to attending a concert in Lubbock - 30 miles was nothing compared to all the traffic in Lubbock. The room was clean and updated. Perfect amenities - breakfast was awesome! Great for traveling families. « Room was impressively clean but the road noise was equally impressive. Wow. Most disappointing was when hotel clerk broke the cardinal rule of announcing our room number out loud to the other person in the small check-in area. Then when we reached the room, the security locking feature on the door did not work. Unacceptable. She did agree to move us to another room. There is absolutely nothing around this place and if you don’t have transportation ordering pizza seems to be the only option. »
