« The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed there due to attending a concert in Lubbock - 30 miles was nothing compared to all the traffic in Lubbock. The room was clean and updated. Perfect amenities - breakfast was awesome! Great for traveling families. Another thing - it was great that breakfast was from 7 to 10 instead of ending at 9 - maybe because it was the weekend, but that was so nice not having to be up so early. « Stayed on first floor. Second floor guest might as well be in the room with you, as even light steps echoed through the room. Bathroom fan either didn’t work or wasn’t even present, was like a sauna after a short shower. The smoke alarm has an obnoxiously bright light that flashes randomly. We’ll stick with Holiday Inn Express »
