« Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. »

« Room was clean, but had an odd smell. Pool was closed and looked like it had been closed for a long time, the sign said “closed wet paint” but there were a bunch of old mattresses stacked beside the pool. Breakfast was decent, but no butter for the waffles or toast. Staff was very friendly. »
