The Space:
Suntans and Sunsets on 30A awaits you at Prominence North directly across from The Big Chill in Watersound, FL.  This luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome is complete with numerous upgrades and all the conveniences of home! As a bonus this home comes with a 6-seater golf cart, 4 beach chairs, beach towels and blanket, beach cabana and wagon.

You will fall in love with this home as it oozes charm! Its professionally designed interior, hardwood floors, 10ft ceilings, sun filled living room with 50” flat screen TV & pull out queen sofa and large balcony that runs the entire length of the home make it the perfect place to kick off your shoes and relax.  It is well suited for families or couples with a fully equipped Kitchen, 5 burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances & quartz counter tops.   Dining room features built-in banquet that seats 6 plus an additional seating at the bar for 3.  Master bedroom features a king bed, huge walk-in closet with luggage racks, 45” flat screen TV and luxurious en-suite bath with dual sinks and over-sized rain head shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, beautiful furnishings, 45” flat screen TV, large closet also with luggage racks and access to the large balcony overlooking the community and green space.  Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

Careful attention has been given to ensure an excellent experience which includes your children and fur babies. There are games for the kids and for the dogs there are toys, treats, dog beds, 3 crates, blankets and towels.  This unit is conveniently located next to a large green space which allows fun for kids and dogs!

- Street legal golf cart (must be 25 to operate with signed waiver)
- Bikes are popular on 30A! Should you decide to rent some, a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information

- Santa Clara Beach Access: ADA approved, near Bramble Grove Rd - approx 3.5 miles west of Prominence (Parking, bathrooms, shuttle stop)
- More can be found along the stretch of 30A; these are the most convenient to the property

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire home, community pool and grounds. Guests will also have access to the garage with the beach chairs, wagon and 6 seater golf cart! Signed golf cart waiver, proof of age and insurance required prior to receiving the code for the golf cart key. Note you must be 25 or older with a valid drivers license to operate the cart. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation and understanding.

Getting Around:
The home is across the street from shops and restaurants and a short bike or car ride in either direction to much more! Alys and Rosemary beaches are ~3 miles to the east and Seagrove and Seaside are ~5 to the west.

Other Things to Note:
We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! Our townhome is next to green space - great for kids and dogs alike! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!

Property Manager is available as needed. Guests will receive all needed information before arrival and a copy will also be provided at the house. Please contact the Property Manager if anything arises during your stay.

Suntans and Sunsets property was a great retreat for our small family. We had 5 adults stay, and everyone was very comfortable. The property is just a short golf cart ride to one of the beach access points, food, shopping, etc. Everything was in working order and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great time and the management company was very responsive if we needed anything. It's a great place to stay and we will return.

Very clean and quiet. Too many girls so the toilet paper didn’t last long but we got a delivery from Instacart/Publix. Washer made really loud noises so don’t use when your kiddos are sleeping!

We loved staying here and would definitely return. It’s centrally located to hit all of 30A and Deer Park State Beach is just a short drive and gorgeous. We absolutely loved our first trip to the emerald coast and will return next year. Andrea, the property manager is the best and just everything was perfect.

We loved this property, bright , clean and all the amenities you need . Golf cart a bonus we took to the beach daily . Was nice having chairs /beach towels at the unit We loved the convenience of having the Big Chill across the street for dinner , drink’s, entertainment and treats !!! We really appreciated Angela’s very quick responses to any questions , was truly within minutes !!!! Definitely will be back !!!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful as well as the neighborhood. Very dog friendly. Right across the street from some restaurants & short drives to rosemary beach, seacrest beach, seaside, etc. Took the golf cart to Deer Lake State park for closest beach access.

We loved this place and really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and so cute! The owners thought of everything that would be needed and did a wonderful job. The master shower was incredible! We would absolutely stay here again, it was convenient to lots of things but still quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues. Coffee pots did not work, but property manager made sure we had new one the next morning. The television in the living room was without Roku stick. Property manager was going to buy new one. This property manager was ON TOP of everything. Very attentive and great communication. They could use some room darkening shades in the bedrooms, the street lighting comes right into both bedrooms and they are lit up as if it were daylight. Very difficult to sleep.

The only thing I would add to this property would be curtains for the bedrooms at least. Not only would it help the home stay cool, but it would’ve helped everyone sleep longer in the mornings. The property manager was quick to answer questions and resolve minor issues. Overall we had a great time!

I wish I could give a better review, but we were without internet for about two days. This has apparently happened previously a month earlier. We were unable to work or stream TV during this period. Unfortunately, our Verizon hot spot and cell service only received 1-2 bars also, so it was a tricky couple of days out of our week. Hopefully they considering changing internet providers for more stable service. Otherwise the stay was amazing. Clean, well equipped, great instructions and so many creature comforts for our doggo! I highly recommend if they can figure out the internet situation.

Really enjoyed our stay during Spring Break this year. Everything was clean and just as advertised. Our dogs loved the provided beds and blankets and there was a convenient green space right behind the building to walk the dogs. The golf cart was great and came in handy to go to the Hub and the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked multiple times during our stay. A couple of small suggestions would be to install a rear view mirror on the golf cart and include a garage door opener for the unit.

This condo was perfectly located to everything. Walking our dog on the bike/people pathway was ideal… Beaches just beautiful and breathtaking and never crowded. The Hub had some great eateries and shops and again dog friendly. Would recommend this to all our friends

This is a great property to stay at. Super clean and upscale, communication with the managment company was very easy and quick. They really went above and beyond to make our stay special. Access to the beach might be little tricky during the peak seaaon since I dont believe it is an easy short walk away but that is why they provide an electric golf cart. Being right next to the Hub is also super convinient to grab some food and you are alao minutes away from the Rosemary beach. Also this was the most pet friendly property we ever stayed at! Doggie beds in almost every room, doggie bowls, toys and blankets, and the most important...treats!! And the grassy area right next to the entrance was super convenient! Awesome stay all around...except the record windy and cold weather ;)
