This gorgeous 7 bedroom 6.5 bath home is a short 1-minute walk directly across 30A to the beach and the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Â There are no wristbands needed for access, no lines to wait in, and less congestion on the beach here than in surrounding areas!

Â The first floor has 3 bedrooms - a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom, Â a king bedroom and a bunk room with built-in full over full + twin over twin bunks. Â The king room and bunk room share a spacious bathroom with entrance access from the king room and the hall. Â
The remainder of the first floor is built for entertaining, Â with a spacious living area and game room complete with a pool table, foosball table, wet bar with built in fridge and sink, chalkboard wall, couches and a TV! There are 5 bikes provided for guests use- only a short ride to Rosemary and Alys Beach, and other local favorites like the HUB!
Other things to note
Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited..
All renters must be over 25Â years of age, or if under age 25Â must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, available Oct 1- April 30.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
