All guests must register at least 48 hours prior their arrival at Edgewater Resort. The registration fee ($50) includes one vehicle access pass and the use of most resort amenities. Additional passes may be purchased when registering. This condo sleeps 10.

"Beachfront Perfection" #1205 is a 3BR/3BA , spacious, penthouse condo that will blow you away! This gorgeous condo gives you million-dollar views from the lower balcony AND the upper sundeck! You can enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful sunrise and an evening drink while you watch the stunning sunsets over the Gulf.

The spacious living room provides plenty of comfortable seating with the 2 queen sleeper sofas. A large smartTV allows you to keep up with your favorite shows or have a movie night with your friend & family. Cards & board games are perfect to keep you entertained during your evenings spent inside. You'll enjoy tons of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows that give you an amazing view & lead you the the lower balcony.

Stepping into the kitchen, you'll find granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, and all of the small appliances you need to whip up a great meal. There is plenty of seating at the kitchen bar and dining table, or take your morning coffee to your private lower balcony or the table on the upper sundeck and enjoy the views of the Gulf, your choice! This condo also has a FULL sized Washer & Dryer for your convenience!

Downstairs, you'll find the master bedroom features a king bed and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and its own updated, full bathroom with walk-in tile shower. Taking the spiral staircase upstairs, you'll find the third bedroom which has a queen bed, it's own ensuite full bathroom that includes an updated, tile walk-in shower, and sliding doors that gives you tons of natural light and access to the private sundeck. Each bedroom has it's own smartTV so you can enjoy those lazy mornings staying in bed, or when you want to get away from the group & relax with your favorite shows.

The primary guest (person whose name is on the reservation) must be at least 25 years old and on property for the duration of the reservation. The registration fee ($50) includes one vehicle access pass and the use of most Resort amenities (some Club amenities require an additional fee). The registration fee is required whether the guest will have a vehicle or not. Vehicle access passes will be provided by security upon arrival. Use the left lane and provide your name to pick up your pass. The resort charges a convenience fee of $25 to guests who fail to register with in 48 hours of arrival. Amenity Armbands will be in your condo upon arrival.
