We are sorry for any inconvenience regarding the issues you described in your room and appreciate you letting us know so that we can make sure they are addressed. We do charge a 15.00 plus tax per night service fee which helps us provide extra amenities to guests such as pool towels, discounts to local restaurants and attractions, activities on the pool deck, in addition to free tea and lemonade in the lobby, nightly movies on the pool deck and more. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay despite the issues you mentioned and we do hope you visit us again soon.
