Hotel is outdated, room had a weird smell, fresh oranges were the only good thing about breakfast. The view and being able to walk to the beach, and nice staff are the best form my experience here but other than that never coming back here

We last minute booked with Days Inn and we were not sorry that we did! Our room was beautiful, oceanfront, balcony. Food was excellent, location was clean, pool was spacious and very kid friendly, they offer extras at night as well for the kids!

Location was good. The only problem was that both the room we got first ( that we changed for another one) and the second room, had ROACHES. Not pleasant at all.

For the price you pay, this is an excellent deal for a hotel on the beach. The pool area is amazing, the hot tub is HUGE; and it’s within walking distance from pier park and several other fabulous restaurants.

I really liked the beachfront. Disappointed on the breakfast. I thought it would be continental breakfast but no choices for brakfast. I am gluten free and there was nothing to eat. The staff was kinda rude to me when the room card got deactivated nd need to reactivate it.

The view is amazing! The room needed more cleaning. (baseboards were dirty and the floor needs a quick mop.) Our beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels! The breakfast is good but is fairly limited. (No cereal, toast..milk) My daughter noticed one of the shaky elevators is behind an inspection. The pool and hot tub are amazing! You will be required to pay a service fee because they offer lemonade, sweet tea, and movies in the evening. We didn’t have either drink or watch a movie but we were still required to pay. For myself and two adult kids it was a total of $65. Still, this was a great stay and I appreciate the opportunity. Eduardo was very friendly.

We do charge a 15.00 plus tax per night service fee which helps us provide extra amenities to guests such as pool towels, discounts to local restaurants and attractions, activities on the pool deck, in addition to free tea and lemonade in the lobby, nightly movies on the pool deck and more. Have stayed at this hotel before and there was a lot of construction noise. This time no noise but in the middle of spring break so I paid double.

Strongly advise against staying here. The property is outdated and poses safety concerns. The breakfast provided is of poor quality. I will not consider booking this hotel again, now or in the future.

Roaches and ants in rooms, visible cracks at the bottom of room door, and no cleaning service was provided during our stay. The only thing this place had going for it was the pool area and one of the employees was playing pool police and running everyone off by nitpicking everything they did. He made children that were sitting in the hot tub with their parents get out and told adults they couldn’t drink in the hot tub but could sit on the edge of it to drink, no one could understand what difference that makes being up one step. This facility was very overrated and needs to focus on more important matters like cleanliness and pest control.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn ocean front in Panam City beach. The room was comfortable and the view was breathtaking from the room. Our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and hot tub. It was nice having a dj playing music while we were swimming. The beach area in front of hotel was perfect for kiddos to enjoy the sand and play in the gulf. We are looking forward to coming back around the end of summer.

While I was doubtful about my stay and was initially worried since I was unaware of anything included as well as the locations of places of interest and other attractions the hotel had to offer. Jeff and Maria at the front desk made it so much easier as they thoroughly yet comprehensively described everything we needed to know. Thanks to them I would definitely consider returning as they both made me feel welcome and understood my concerns.

I've been to panama City beach a couple of times and from all the hotels i've been in this was the most disgusting Hotel. The bath tub get filled with water in less than 10 minutes when you shower, i guess the water gets clogged the sheets had hairs and were dirty and stink really bad i did not sleep on the bed Luckly i had my covers and the room had a strong clorox smell.

Parking was easy. The gentleman behind the front desk was very accommodation. The kids loved the pool. The room was clean, with a great view of the ocean and we cool not heat any l anybody, when our door's were closed. We will Def be back

The room had a smell, the walls looked run down - morning 8 am the stairway right outside the door was being worked on - no info given prior. There Was a hole on the wall. The breakfast area is so small and the food was being served from behind a glass barrier - uncomfortable to ask them what you want and how much. The price was the best part.

Updates needed
On the beach. Place definitely shows wear and tear. Everything can use updates, especially rooms. Seemed fairly clean, but corners and under beds could use deep clean. Breakfast was good but definitely needs overhaul. Could use milk, dry cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit other than orange slices. Basically, you get what you pay for.

Beach view unsurpassed/Hotel pass up
The view was spectacular, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good, However, the good news ends there. The latch on the balcony door was visibly broken, a bug (later identified as a German Roach by the hotel staff) emerged from the bed on which I sat, and the first floor stairwell was covered in ugly plastic sheets. The staff responded to the bug, sprayed and cleaned the room. We were offered another room but declined as we were checking out the next day and did not know what creatures might live in other rooms. We were sure all existing bugs died after the insecticide experience. As it was off season, understandably hotel repairs were underway and thus the lobby look.

Nice hotel a little it dated but they were remodeling one half so I think when it's finished it will be better. Breakfast was good expecally like that they serve you instead of everyone just grabbing the food. The view to the beach was great.
