There's only 2 good things i have to say about this hotel #1 the pool is nice #2 the water got as hot as I like for a shower. They tried to charge us an extra $250 when we got there and when we finally got that straightened out and got to our room our floor was dirty and they had a problem about even letting us get a broom to sweep it ourselves. The house keeping never checked to see if we needed towels or sheets changed out. We had to go ask for clean towels ourselves, and when we did need some sheets changed the lady huffed and puffed at my wife and said if she had time she would and my wife told her that it was her job to do it and if not corporate would be contacted ( she did come change the sheets finally ). We were not satisified at all, and we will never be staying again and we will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all! In my honest opinion 1 of 3 things need to happen,1. House keeping needs training on what their duties are and dealing with customers, 2. Corporate needs to step in and revamp management and the employees, or 3. They just need to completely shut it down and build a completely new hotel there. Like i said before we will not be back and we DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone
