Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee for up to 2 vehicles obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register and pay for your vehicles. Parking is as convenient as it gets in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street.

The place itself was great! The condo was beautiful and in a great location. The host communicated well pre check in. He helped us and guided us in the right direction. We noticed that all the towels had stains in it (blood stain and green stains). We messaged him through the APP and he never replied. Every single towel was not clean properly. We went to ask for more towels and the front said message the host. That is the only down side.

I booked this condo for the 2025 Seabreeze Jazz Festival. I usually stay at another property but decided to give this one a try and I'm happy I did. For my purposes, I was a short walk from Pier Park. All the check in process was done via email so there was no need to see a property Representative. My host was very responsive to the couple of questions I had before my arrival. I booked on Tower 1 East which has a beautiful beach view. The condo was clean and well maintained. We had a very enjoyable time!

We really enjoyed the property and it's location.Clean and cozy for our vaca. Located in walking distance to the shopping area and amazing beach service with the umbrella and chairs. Would rent this again. Host was great at communicating promptly.

Ceiling fans dirty, vents dirty, no trash can in one of the restrooms, coffee maker had to be cleaned, no drain in one of the bathtubs, microwave very old and doesn’t have much power. The property manager was easy to work with and responsive with communications. First time staying at Calypso and we weren’t impressed
it wasn’t bad but not what we expected. Also if you rent beach chairs or they are included as ours were, just know they are placed umbrella to umbrella.

This condo was clean and spacious. The view was incredible. The kitchen had everything you would need. We really enjoyed the beach chairs that were included. We would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It met all of our needs perfectly. The location was great and we really enjoyed the included beach chairs and umbrella. The condo was very comfortable with a spacious living area and great balcony. James was very accommodating when we had a schedule change. There were a few minor glitches when we arrived. James not only resolved it quickly, but he went above and beyond and exceeded what I would have expected. James has the kindness and professionalism that makes me want to give him my business again.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The beach was clean and had soft white sand. You are right in the hub of everything that is happening in Panama City Beach Florida. Chairs on the beach are convenient. You can walk to basically anywhere you want to go from shopping to dining. Easy checkin and checkout.

I’ve stayed at the Calypso towers before and this was a very nice unit. Recently updated with new furniture and paint. Well maintained and cleaned. Great views from the 21st floor including stunning sunsets. Steps away from the Pier Park restaurants and stores. Target and Wal-Mart stores just blocks away for any items you might need during your stay. Communication with the owner was A+. I’ll be back.
