THE PROPERTY
Built in 2005, the Boardwalk Beach Resort is a 22 story building with 233 condominium units with 5 elevators. Resort amenities include a main zero entry pool that is heated during the cold months, a kids' wading pool and splash pad, two hot tubs, a sun deck, two beach accesses and more than 400 feet of beach. There is also a pool/beachside bar and grill, an ice-cream parlor/snack bar, and a convenience shop.

One parking pass for one vehicle and wristbands for each person to access resort amenities is included in the reservation. Additional parking passes can be purchased for $50 per stay.

Other things to note

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Boardwalk Beach Resort requires the primary person renting a condo to be 25 years or older. The age requirement does not apply to additional guests. Please be prepared to show identification at the security gate upon request.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking is allowed inside the condo, on the balcony, or in the common areas on the property such as walkways, pool, and poolside restaurant. Boardwalk has designated areas to smoke located on the ground levels outside the building.
