Welcome Shores of Panama unit 1528 located on the 15th floor. It is a modern and beautifully decorated beachfront condo with all the comforts of home. This spacious condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with bunk beds and two twin foldaway beds. Our unit features two brand-new, ultra-comfortable Serta Perfect Sleeper king beds, ensuring a restful and luxurious sleep experience for our guests. This lovely condo will accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Parking:
Parking passes and amenity packets (including your RFID wristbands) must be purchased by the guest through an online preregistration process. A specific registration link for your reserved unit will be shared after booking. Fees at Shores of Panama (which include the resort fee, amenity bands and parking permits) range from $75 to $115, depending up the size of the rental unit. Please note that taxes apply and fees are subject to change.
Those who register online will still need to pick up their packet from the concierge upon arrival. Upon initial arrival at Shores of Panama, utilize the portico (main building) entrance and display your QR code. The code will be scanned and your personal packet will then be provided. Display your parking pass on your dashboard for the entirety of your stay.
The garage height is less than seven feet and passage inside the garage is tight. If your car is at least 6 feet, 7 inches high, there is parking for oversized vehicles on the ground level only but such spots are on a first come-first served basis. If you have any problems with onsite parking, feel free to contact Property Patrol, which can be reached at (850) 896-5434.
There is motorcycle parking in the 15-min parking area, small trailer parking is on the 12th floor. Property Patrol tries to keep the bikes centralized for security purposes.

There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. Beachgoers and residents of Panama City Beach can park and pay through the Passport Parking mobile app. Users must download the free Passport Parking app on their smartphones, create an account with a preferred method of payment, then provide the zone and vehicle license plate number. Drivers can download the free Passport Parking app from the App Store or Google Play. Users can also manage their parking online at passportparking.
In addition to paying for parking, users can view their parking history and extend parking sessions remotely, so thereâs no need to leave the beach! Effective October 1, 2022, parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate of $84.

Youâll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kidsâ meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.
