Welcome to "Coastal Grace," located in Watersound's newest sought after community, Prominence South off 30A! Coastal Grace is situated in 30A's newest beach town, just steps away from The Big Chill (formerly known as The HUB). Coastal Grace is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse that offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience for the perfect family getaway. Upon entering the cottage, you will be welcomed into a well-stocked, open kitchen. The kitchen breakfast bar seats 3 while the dining area, just off of the kitchen seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen and dining room open up to the living room that features a large flat screen television with enough seating for the whole family to enjoy (one of the couches does pull out into a bed). Start your day with your morning coffee or happy hour on the outdoor patio located right off of the living and dining room.
Accommodations: (sleeps 11)
Main Floor: Fully stocked kitchen, Dining area with 6 seats, breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, Laundry Room, and Hallway half bath. Additional sleeping space if needed in Living Room with pull-out sofa

**Coastal Grace comes with a 6-seater golf cart. 2 Waivers must be signed and a $750 refundable security deposit paid to use the cart. If the golf cart becomes unusable during your stay there will NOT be a replacement offered. We will do our best to fix the issue in a timely fashion.** You must be 25+ yrs old to drive the golf cart
