« The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced. »

« Very clean room. Comfortable bed and amazing staff. Safe area, where even at night going for a walk was pleasant. Everything from places for food to public transportation was easily accessible. They have in-house restaurant serves excellent food. »

« suraj and uday were exceptional hosts, the whole team was excellent. the property itself needs considerable work »

« I had a pleasant stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I especially loved the coffee bar and food options in the lobby. A comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. I would definitely recommend this place! »

« Decent hotel with value for Money. »

« The breakfast is too good and there are so many options to have. Rooms are very clean and staff is also very helpful »

« Pool was great, did not get a chance to see SPA, had a very stay. Hopefully next time will stay long. Breakfast was good and staff was amazing. »

« We had one of the best experience in Merlot Suites! The rooms were so clean, nice with an amazing views. The pool was also so clean ! The hotel location is close to everywhere and quite the same time. The breakfast was tasty with variety in each day ! The staff were so kind and helpful more than any other place that we have been.. Thanks a-lot to everyone once again! »

« Room facility is poor and Airconditon is very old , Bathroom and bedroom no privacy, bathroom activities visible from bedroom no curtains and space between wall and door »

« Clean room, staff were pleasant. Breakfast was average. In the centre of the city so close to everything »
