Park was nice, but the accommodation we booked was pretty dismal. If you plan on spending any time in your cabin do NOT get one of these. It's so tiny it's claustrophobic. The couch couldn't be used as it kept falling off the wall. The shower and toilet are also so tiny it's uncomfortable. The cabins are also so close you can hear every sound made on either side. We were excited to use the spa but the relaxation was spoiled by screaming children using the pool, and the sound bouncing off the roof, so we ended up giving up on that idea too. Overall not a fab experience for $170 a night

Great location. Cabins towards the back near the bush area (which we stayed in) were really tranquil and relaxing. Big park with lots to go. We don’t have children yet but can’t wait to bring our family back here as it grows.

The reception staff were wonderful. The beach is a stones throw away and the Pambula River Mouth just around the corner is gorgeous!

It’s good caravan park for family
I would like to give five stars as the score. However, the cabin was okay but it was not appropriately cleaned cause when we arrived, the kid's bunk bed didn't have bed sheets, so we had to make it on our own. The balcony still has the sand from previous guests. We must clean our dishes and cutlery before using them because there are stains on the plates. We had to mop the floor again, and it was dirty. As I said, it needed to be appropriately cleaned even though we arrived at 5 pm. The waterpark and arcade were excellent for the young family. The location is fantastic.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lounge room above the public kitchen which was great for small gatherings and chats after dinner. The water park was good. I am unhappy with G'day Rewards support as their website was broken and they did not apply my membership rewards. The standard villa was old and smelly. The water tap in the bathroom was leaking. The shower head was broken. Internet reception was awful and the wifi was not usable - as expected!

It was a walk to the beach had kangaroos and young goannas cabin was lovely but wish they supplied some draino for the sink and wish there was a barbecue on verandah and wished that the stove fan worked otherwise all was georgeous

So many great facilities for families and the cabin was very clean and in great condition. The only thing I could say is that dishwashers in the cabins would be more hygenic for guests and cleaners to clean dishes and also more water wise.

Great location right by the beach, plenty of wildlife (birds, kangaroos). Disappointed by cold "heated" pool and broken spa. The information sheets with local activities could have used some fact checking (more than a few errors).

This is such a great spot. Right on the beach which is stunning and measles amongst the wildlife. We had such a good time. The cafe is also great, awesome coffee and reasonably priced. Kids club is a bonus too. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated and some areas are a little tired. I don’t think this is a staff issue, it’s a corporate issue where discovery wants to make a dollar and spend a cent.

Way over priced for what you get. Cabin has no air-con and is an absolute oven during the day. At this price point ($170 per night), one would expect aircon. Cabin is also really old and in need of maintenance. The whole door handle to the bathroom fell off when I tried to open it. It took me 10 minutes of jiggling before I was able to lock the front door as the lock itself is so old and worn. Very disappointing for the amount of money being charged.

This park, is easy access to all areas in Pambula and surrounds. It’s extremely clean and comfortable, and relaxing.

We've stayed here a few times now and keep coming back because it's such a beautiful park. The location is great and the pools/water park are excellent. The only thing I would do different next time is upgrade to a larger cabin. We chose an economy cabin this time and they are great value but for a family I think it's worth paying a little more for a bit more space.
