Si c'est un jeu de dés, une excellente cuisine et des divertissements que vous voulez, le Spa Casino est situé en face. Si vous êtes ici pour faire des affaires au Palm Springs Convention Center, vous êtes à distance de marche de cela aussi!

Ce condo impeccable est situé dans le complexe de condominiums Plaza Villas. Cette unité vient d'être entièrement refaite. La cuisine entièrement équipée dispose de tous les nouveaux appareils et armoires en acier inoxydable. Le salon est conçu avec des meubles confortables et une grande télévision à écran plat. Il y a aussi un espace salle à manger pour ces repas tranquilles.

La chambre a un grand lit king-size confortable et une deuxième télévision à écran plat. La salle de bain est toute neuve avec des carreaux et des armoires design et est entièrement équipée. Il y a aussi un patio extérieur confortable pour se détendre tout en profitant d'une vue imprenable sur la montagne. Plaza Villas possède 2 stations comme des piscines chauffées, des spas, des courts de tennis et des terrains parfaitement entretenus.

Le câble premium, l'internet haut débit et le téléphone fixe sont inclus. Une laveuse et sécheuse empilables est également dans l'unité. Un parking couvert dédié à proximité. Vous ne voudrez peut-être jamais quitter le complexe! Les réservations pour cette unité vont vite alors assurez-vous de réserver vos dates maintenant.

This was a perfect place for our trip to Palm Springs. We wanted to stay someplace close to downtown. We were just a few blocks away. The place was just the right size. We enjoyed pool time. Our property manager, Clark was great. We had an issue with the TV cable working. He came right over and checked it all out and even called the cable company and set up an appointment. He gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. We will be telling our family about this opportunity.

We were happy ... until the first morning (before 7 am) loud racket of the roof being torn off ... the noise was steady and loud. The property manager was extremely apologetic and helpful. His help was above and beyond, we were given a refund from the unit owner, but not a dime from vrbo for the fees they collected.

I love the condition and decor of this VRBO offering AND I love the location for all the "must do" Palm Springs downtown area events. I booked this amazing offering for a second time. I didn't think my entire experience could be better than it was on my maiden visit... but it was! Clark Argeris, property services specialist, hit every nail on the head when it came to customer service. The owner, whom I've never met, responds immediately whenever I've had a need to contact. I almost do not want to give these honest super-positive reviews because the listing will become even more popular, and thus maybe make it more difficult for me to book on my future preferred dates. My second booking here is absolutely Five Star and I have to be honest and continue to highly recommend this VRBO opportunity!

Perfect Stay
Great condo in a really nice location. Well maintained and well furnished. The condo is in excellent condition and furnished with everything needed to have a really nice vacation. The location is perfect for getting around without a car in Palm Springs. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and clubs. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

The condo was perfect for a quick week in Palm Springs. The location was great for walking to restaurants. We didn’t really cook but if you want to the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Clark, the property manager, was super helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for the great visit!

My husband and I just finished a week long stay here. Very nice condo - thoughtfully decorated and appointed well. Space has great natural light and is really pleasant. The condo is on a second floor - not too many steps and they are very manageable along with a hand rail. (Yep, I have a stubborn knee.....). Great location, 5-8 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Condo is situated in a attractive gated complex that is meticulously maintained. Pool and jacuzzi are lovely. Check in was easy. The property manager Clark was a pleasure to deal with - very nice and great communication.

We enjoyed our return visit to the condo as much as the first. It has everything you might possibly need and it's all of high quality. Excellent location for walking downtown for the shops and restaurants. This was our 8th visit to P.S. and the first without a rental car. The bus system is very good and only 50 cents for seniors. We even took a bus (a block away) to the airport.

Perfect Location AND Superior Guest Services Care!
Location IS everything and this condo fit the bill beyond my dreams. I could walk to many restaurants, shops, and even to a church, to Museum Way, and to nightly entertainment spots. I could easily motor my way to similar venues when the car was necessary. The condo is clean, well-equipped, it has a most delightful mid-century decor and it boasts a great view of the mountains, I enjoyed a worry-free, no hassle visit. My stay was made more than "perfect" because of the superior guest services provided by guest-care specialist Clark Argeris. Before, during, and after arriving, Clark was in touch just enough and at the right times. Have an issue, no matter how minor? Clark is there! I had zero anxiety and maximum guest satisfaction which was due in large part to the personal guest care I was gifted throughout my visit. I would definitely choose this VRBO again if it is available my next Palm Springs visit.

Ideal location for a stay in the heart of Palm Springs.
This clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped condo is just blocks from downtown Palm Springs. Exactly as advertised, and more. Perfect with or without a car. Additionally, the secure complex has wonderful pools, hot tub and tennis facilities. Our property manager, Clark, was totally on it. He provided a through check-in. He followed up throughout and again right before check-out. We will certainly be back, and soon.
